The Survivor Support Centre, Dalhousie Student Union, is proud to announce weekly survivor-centered wellness workshops with Jungle Flower of Reclaim Your Voice, Toronto. These workshops are open to all Nova Scotian post-secondary students, of all genders, and are held every Wednesday, 7:00pm-8:30pm, AST, via Zoom. Please register with your university or NSCC email at [email protected] This is an opportunity to connect with other survivors and break the isolation that often follows trauma. You will not be pressured to share at any time, but you will have opportunities to do so if you wish. Create a comfy space for yourself, have something ready to write with and we'll see you Wednesday evening!
