Transatlantic Ocean System Science & Technology Graduate School

Transatlantic Ocean System Science and Technology (TOSST) is a joint graduate school that links ocean research in Maritime Canada and Northern Germany.

TOSST is an innovative school that prepares graduates for an increasingly internationalized work environment. Candidates interact weekly with their supervisors and fellow students located in Germany and Canada and complete a semester-long research exchange in Germany. TOSST prepares graduates for a wide number of careers in science that include not only research, but interfacing ocean policy and management and business and technology through summer schools and professional development seminars.
