Library Creative Programming Assistant Job ID 13978, Library & Archives Skills: creativity; enthusiasm; adaptability; graphic design; social media etiquette; time management. Familiarity with paper crafts, textile crafts, and related tools would be considered an asset.
Duties: planning, organizing, and scheduling regular Crafternoons activities; overseeing and organizing the Library’s
jigsaw puzzle table; overseeing tidying, and stocking the Cozy
Corner; preparing flyers and social media posts related to
Crafternoons and other creative activities in the Library;
promoting creative activities both online and in person;
contributing to themed Library book displays; collaborating with other departments (e.g., the Art Gallery, Students’ Union, OSE) where applicable; representing the Library & Archives at on-campus student events; attending and contributing to regular staff meetings in the Library. Other related duties on occasion, as required.
All creative and engaged eligible students will be considered.
