St. Margaret’s Bay Glee Club

A note for all Glee families of kids in grade 2 and up-

Do any of our kids speak French fairly fluently? We’re getting some media interest in our Remembrance Day songwriting project. Radio-Canada is interested in sending a reporter to Glee one night, and they’d like to do an interview in French. They will talk to me, but it would be cool to have a few of the kids involved in speaking with the reporter, too. En français!

Please let me know if you think your kiddo would want to participate in a French interview. (Some of the English programs will be covering it too. I’ll let people know the plan once we have it sorted out.)

This is a great opportunity to showcase Glee, but more importantly, it’s a chance to share with the community that the younger generation cares and remembers those who have sacrificed so much.

Your next warm-up game could come straight from the jar of DOOM. 🎃

The Songbird Warm-Up Game: Halloween Edition is a FREE printable packed with:

👻 Terrifying tongue twisters
🎶 Evil ear-training
🦇 Spooky vocal warm-ups
😈 A vocal challenge for the teacher

Print the pages, cut out the activity strips, toss them into a jar, and let each student pull an activity to perform!

It works beautifully in person or online, and it’s engaging for singers of all ages, including teens and adults. (Because grown-ups deserve a little musical mischief too.)
