CanPath and Atlantic PATH are dedicated to supporting equitable screening guidelines, so women of all racial and ethnic backgrounds have the resources and support needed to prevent, diagnose and treat breast cancer.

With data from over 330,000 participants across the country and a $3M grant from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) to support its work, CanPath’s team of researchers are supporting the development of new breast cancer screening guidelines that will be informed by racial and ethnic data to ensure applicability to our diverse Canadian population.

CanPath awarded $3M to study crises in a changing world - CanPath - Canadian Partnership for Tomorrow’s Health CanPath receives $3M CIHR grant to advance pandemic, climate change, and cancer research across Canada's largest population health study.

Please join Atlantic PATH in acknowledging Arthritis Awareness Month this September. Arthritis affects joints and other tissues which results in pain and limited mobility. One in five people in Canada live with arthritis and Atlantic Canada has some of the highest rates in the country.
