The end of June is strawberry season in my area, and nothing is better than homemade strawberry freezer jam... When I pull a bottle of this stuff out of my freezer in December, it tastes like sunshine & reminds me that winter won't last forever.

Full credit for this recipe belongs to McCormick Canada Club House line for the packets that make the jam start jamming... I prefer this brand as it uses less sugar.
