Q – Will you teach me how to drive defensively?
A – Yes! Defensive driving is “driving to prevent collisions despite the actions of others and the conditions around you.” We will teach you how to drive defensively regardless of the weather, traffic, road and light conditions.

Q – Can I fail?
A – No one has ever failed to achieve a combined class mark and exam mark of 75%, our “pass mark.” In a few cases, we have had to take the extra time and effort to help students achieve a 75%. However, students have been asked to leave without a refund because we, as professional driver educators, deem their attitude/behaviour contrary to public safety and /or positive learning. This policy is laid out in writing (application form) before classes start.

Q – How much of an Insurance discount will I get for taking the Learn to Drive Course?
A – You will have to contact your Insurance company to get an exact figure, but it’s not uncommon to receive discounts of 35-60% depending on your vehicle type & year, claim history etc.…. Some have even received discounts as high as 75%!

We offer a 6-Hour Canada Safety Council Driver Improvement Defensive Driving Course.
This 6-Hour Course is used to exit GDL ( remove the N) or to satisfy the mandatory Driver Improvement Course issued by the Registry of Motor Vehicles can be done in 3 ways: self-paced online and private or in-person group sessions. To book one of our private sessions, text (902) 877-1281
