🎉 What a fun-filled day we had at the Timberlea Field Day earlier this week! The Grade 5/6 students did an excellent job leading each group with enthusiasm and team spirit. Let's give a round of applause to these amazing leaders! 👏👏

Our staff members planned the activities with great care and attention to detail, and our summer students did an outstanding job bringing them to life. It was a fantastic collaboration that gave our students a full afternoon of laughter and fun that we'll always remember.

Every activity was designed to promote cooperation from sack races to water balloons over-under races. Each team had to work together to achieve the best possible time.

Witnessing our students coming together, supporting one another, and demonstrating their teamwork skills throughout the day was truly heartwarming.

Our Timberlea students went out Thursday morning to join the HCA Walkathon for outdoor education! 🎉 From pre-primary to grade 6, along with our littlest ECE kids, our students walked and ran for 40 minutes on the beautiful 1km trail loop nearby. 🏃‍♀️🌳

Our students collected popsicle sticks for every kilometre they accomplished during the event. This creative initiative helped them track their progress while instilling a sense of accomplishment and fun! 🏅❤️

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all participants, parents, teachers, volunteers, sponsors, and the incredible Blue Nose Marathon mascot, Myles, along with the Kids Run Club, for joining us and kicking off the run with tremendous enthusiasm and excitement. Your presence and support made this event even more memorable! 🙌🎉

Together, we are shaping future leaders who understand the importance of staying active, appreciating the environment, and embracing new challenges. 🌍✨

🏃‍♀️🏅 What an amazing morning it was for the small yet mighty group from Timberlea campus Run Club! On May 20, they had the opportunity to participate in the Bluenose Youth Run. It was a beautiful morning as they set out to achieve their goals. With determination, these incredible students displayed their speed, grit, and remarkable spirit. They crossed the finish line, proudly adorned with a well-deserved medal and a smile that radiated their sense of accomplishment! Way to go Run Club! 🌟💪

Our lower elementary classes held a special party last month celebrating the bountiful blessings that God has provided us in His creation and community.

Each class had their own classroom party that included harvest-themed activities and a yummy spread of treats that reminded each child of how thankful we are for everything we are given ❤️

Thank you to all the parents who provided those treats and helped their child get in the spirit of thankfulness and fun by dressing up in harvest related roles of adorable farm animals, ranchers, cow boys/girls and farmers!
