Dal/King's Bike Centre
We aim to provide the Dal community as well as Halifax residents with access to tools for bike maintenance + info about transportation by bicycle.
The link to our link tree includes a loan request form and a newsletter sign-up. The Dal Bike Centre is a volunteer-run space on Dalhousie’s Studley campus. We provide a community bike repair space that is open to everyone, and a free bike loan program available to current Dal and King's students. Clicking the website link will bring you to our link tree with a loan request form and a newsletter signup form.

Join the Dal Bike Society for an end of semester, beginning of spring, all levels bike trip to Lawrencetown!
We will be biking to Lawernstown beach on the Salt-March trail, a fantastic multi-use trail between Dartmouth and Lawrencetown. This is a NO DROP trip, meaning no one will be left behind - if you can ride a bike, at any pace, you are welcome! We will be providing lunch and snacks along the way, but will not have a car so be prepared to carry anything you bring, including water, food, and extra clothes, along the way.
We will be renting bikes from the bike centre, although you are welcomed to ride your own if you prefer - the trail is a packed/loose gravel trail. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WILL BE USING YOUR OWN BIKE.
