Our children are our most precious citizens and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.

As an early childhood educator, it is our job and duty to ensure the safety and well being of every child that we care for.

At Needham ELC we honor and celebrate each child for their uniqueness, their competencies, and the light they bring with their innocence.

Needham ELC is a home away from home where all children feel safe and supported.
