Being Brave, Transforming Our World The challenges we face in this age of aggression can leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. Many of us long for both personal and social change.

Transforming ourselves and our world will take gentleness and fearlessness. Guided by two of the most influential spiritual teachers of our times – Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche and Acharya Pema Chödron – this retreat will cultivate the bravery to unite personal spiritual experience with social transformation. Please join us for these powerful days of meditation, contemplation and discussion. Open to both experienced and new meditators. This will be a special retreat as it will be the first time that the Sakyong and Pema Chödron will be teaching together in Nova Scotia. The retreat will also emphasize the unique ways in which the vision for enlightened society is connected with Nova Scotia.
