Registration is now open for the Summer LINKS Literacy Program. The program will run from July 21st to August 14th at three different locations in HRM. LINKS is looking for volunteer literacy tutors for our Fall 2024 Literacy Program. Please contact Tirsa Finlay at [email protected] or 902-423-0577 for more information.

Blessing Tangban, one of our online instructors, will be in concert at the Carleton next week. Tickets are still available.

Is your child struggling with their reading and writing skills? Are they at least a year out of phase? We still have space in our Summer LINKS Literacy Program at our Halifax location (Highland Park Jr High). Our summer program is a 1.5-hour small group session aimed at strengthening literacy skills for students entering Grades 2 - 6. Please email [email protected] for more information.

The LINKS Literacy Program Curriculum addresses 4 key areas of literacy development. We work with students to strengthen their skills in all 4 areas.

Learning disabilities, learning disorders, or learning difficulties are brain conditions that do not reflect intelligence or effort.
