First Class Preschool

lkboard time, to learn to print and draw. Each child is taught to print his or her name on the board and asked to draw a picture. Then each child is asked to tell the class the letters of their name and the story of their picture. This is when we also discuss the alphabet, numbers, and anything related to what we are learning at the time.
11:00 am to 11:15 am: Tidy Up Time
11:15 am to 11:30 am: Various Planned Games
11:30 am to 11:45 am: Story Time
Show and Tell is another activity that is done once a month during Circle Time, the last week of the month on either day. At First Class Preschool we also always have a Christmas concert and a Graduation Ceremony. At our Christmas concert each child has a speaking role in our play, along with the number of Christmas songs. Every child also has a costume to go along with their role! At Graduation your child will wear a cape and gown and will receive a diploma. At the end of the year your child will leave with a scrapbook of all their work from September to June and a cd playlist of pictures taken throughout the year.
