Our Canadian Safety Supplies fundraiser closes on May 15th! There’s still time to order practical first aid and safety kits for your home, vehicle, pets, cottage, or workplace.

⚠️ Power Restoration Update – Giant Steps Children’s Centre ⚠️

We are happy to share that power has now been restored.

Our Wyndham and Westwood locations will open today at 10:30 AM.

We will also be serving our regular lunch program today.

Thank you to all of our families for your patience and understanding this morning.

⚠️ Power Outage Update – Giant Steps Children’s Centre ⚠️

The current estimated power restoration time for our area is now approximately 12:30 PM.

At this time, our Westwood and Wyndham locations will plan for a 1:00 PM opening, provided power is restored as expected.
Should the power go on earlier we will open 1/2 later.
Please note:• Lunch will not be served today at this location.

We are happy to share that power has now been restored at our French Village location, and we are able to provide care there for any current French Village families. School agers will Need to bring their lunch

We will continue to provide updates on our page and through email if anything changes.

Due to the current power outage, all three Giant Steps locations will have a delayed opening this morning.
At this time, power restoration is estimated for approximately 9:30 AM. We plan to open our centres at that time, or approximately 30 minutes after power has been restored to allow staff time to safely prepare classrooms for children.
If power is restored earlier, we will make an updated announcement on our page and send an email to families.
