With the end of term fast approaching here are some important deadlines to know when applying for society funding. All requests for society funding must be submitted by this Sunday April 12th. If you have already submitted a request, you must submit your receipts to be reimbursed by Sunday May 3rd at the latest to receive your reimbursement.
We recommend that you try to get these submitted by a couple days before the deadline at the latest in case there are any issues in the form or the reimbursement.
As we will not be having regular office hours for the rest of the semester, you can email your requests or receipts as well as any questions you have to [email protected]
Have a great summer and we look forward to helping you put on more great events next year!

Haven’t seen King’s proposed tuition and fee changes for 2025/26? That’s ok! We put together the ultimate guide to understanding what you may be paying for education and why. We’ll also be sending this to your school inbox, so keep an eye out if you prefer our guide in text. If there’s something we didn’t include, or if you have any questions, comment, DM us, email Ellie at [email protected], or stop by our office if it’s open!
You deserve an affordable education and you have a lot of ways to make your voice heard! The KSU consults on the proposal this Friday, April 25. Reach out to us via any of the above ways if you have concerns or feedback you want us to bring up on Friday or after! You can also email King’s directly at [email protected] until May 15.
