her co-teachers think and create ideas to decorate their classroom bulletin boards, or the department board, or the gym whenever there are programs, or just simply cut letters to beautify one's class record were some of her "artistic business". She would prefer to make her own instructional materials/teaching devices using recyclable materials instead of buying or printing from the internet which cause a lot of money. She loves sharing with her colleagues the techniques of being a "creative" teacher both in dealing with the kids and preparing fun-enjoyable classroom activities to boost students' academic/behavioral performances and interests. She is also a licensed educator, a former EPP teacher of Grades 4 to 6 and a former Subject Team Leader at St. She also taught at St Paul Dumaguete City for 15 years as a Kindergarten teacher where she graduated her Masters Degree in Education, major in Educational Management. It has always been a dream of Teacher Sheila to share her passion and to reach out to other people as far as possible. Being so thankful for the God-Given talent bestowed on her.
