St. Joseph's Children's Centre

Rainy day fun for the infants, we brought out our parachute and had some fun today. They all had a "blast" !

For national Bee Day (May 20) we created an art piece. The children have also enjoyed visiting the garden centers and watching our strawberries grow, with that there have been lots of talks about the importance of bees.

Lots of "busy BEES" doing their art work in 90BEE!! 🐝

The toddlers class at quinpool had an outting to the new playground at the commons. No fun was had lol.

The children at Quinpool location have been into make up, so when on the playground they are using mud as make up. Keeping with a child lead curriculum this lead us to asking Sephora if we could come in. They were esttatic to have us, even opened early for us. We learned about germs and good hygiene. We got to talk about all 5 of our senses. We got to try cream on our hands and clear lip balm. Also I believe every perfume in the store was tested. This was a very exciting trip for the children!

The Bedford toddler room had the best day baking and helping their teachers hang up the chalk board.

90b's infant rainy activity was soap in the blender to make cloud foam. We added food colouring and allowed the children to explore.

Spring has sprung and with the new season some new things have begun in Infant 90b. 🍓🐠🌼🌞

It is almost that special day for mothers and the preschool children at loc 30 have been working really hard on their gift’s. Out of the mouthes of children and it is amazing to see through their eyes.
