I had the pleasure of being interviewed by an old friend, Gary Falk, and a new friend, Stefan Bright, about my spiritual journey last week on their podcast, Seekers and Finders!

I throughly enjoyed the experience of sharing with two loving beings! In retrospect, I have not had the opportunity before to share in such a detailed way about my journey, and the cumulative affect/effect of the experiences. In that vein, it was very cathartic. Thank you Gary and Stefan!

Connect and Be. Being is without doing. Connecting is without separation. The doing mind can easily be caught in being separate, ‘If you want it done right, do it yourself.’ What a trap these words are. We have felt it gives us power, and it only enslaves us. What if we connect with something greater than ourselves? The access point is in our Highest Self, and thus, our most beneficial place of connection is through our Highest gifts and talents. Essentially, being what we are. Without fear, without comparison, without trying, simply Being. In allowing this space, we connect with ALL. Accept, allow, trust, open, release, arrive, JOY! 😊🙏❤️
