Employment Opportunity – Equipment Operator
The City is seeking a motivated, team-oriented and skilled individual to join the Public Works department as a full-time permanent Equipment Operator.
Position Details:
🕒 40 hours per week
💲 $25.88–$28.96 per hour
📅 Application Deadline: October 12, 2026

The position involves safely operating municipal equipment, performing winter road maintenance such as plowing, sanding and salting, completing routine equipment maintenance and supporting general Public Works labour tasks.
Qualifications include:
• Successful completion of secondary school or equivalent
• Valid Ontario Class “DZ” driver’s licence with a proven acceptable driving record
• Two years of relevant experience
