Here GuelphMMA even our BJJ guys aren't afraid to strike.

The fight of the night exchange between Garnet and Sebastian lit up the entire gym. These two bjj phenoms randomly decided to do an MMA match. Garnet actually tried showing up to some striking classes. Sebastian looks like he took an edible and just played Tekken for inspiration. This bout had no business being this good, but it was. Coach Justin and the entire coaching staff do not condone any buttscooting tomfoolery. Efe is still young, please forgive him.

Efe GuelphMMA vs Emery 519 Jiu Jitsu had some really exciting moments. Here's Emery landing a nice sweep, Efe stayed calm and snatched a quick submission. Full match on YouTube link in bio!

If you really want to see a gym's culture, watch their sparring. Here GuelphMMA we maintain a safe, fun and competitive environment. Every person on the mats has great control and respect and we are all here to get better with our brains intact.

Our whole team and every coach GuelphMMA stands with Dana and her Low Kick World Championship run. Come train with Guelph's best.

Carter and Yosef getting some rounds in. We worked on a few things in advanced muay thai: sweeps, pushing, slipping the jab and countering. They both train with elite temperment despite their relative lack of fight experience. When both coach and fighter honour the investment with mutual effort magic happens.

I'm slowly learning from social media fighters that its important to post highly edited sparring footage, so everyone only sees how awesome you are. I never have a bad days, never lost a round, every fight I ever lost was fake news or a conspiracy. I am 400-0 just like Rickson Gracie.
