Intentional Living in action:
One of my joys is homecoooking. It seems like a luxury these days in our fast-paced time.
For me, it is about honouring what the Earth provides, enjoying slow living and being healthy.
I also care deeply about reducing food waste--not only is it a way to be frugal, it also reduces your eco footprint. Food waste is one of the top contenders for CO2 emissions.
I have a whole lot of fresh ginger these days, so I decided to make my favorite summer beverage--lemon ginger iced tea. It is one of the easiest things you can make and it costs next to nothing per cup.
Doing these seemingly small things in our lives adds up to creating a meaningful, spiritually aligned and contented life.
What is one thing you are doing or can do today to live more intentionally? Do you like homecooking, too? Please share below...

Absolutely. How to find the balance between making a living, making an impact while also feeling calm and fulfilled. That is the challenge!

Here is my latest blog post:
..I walked away with the loud and clear reminder to “Embrace the Life You’ve Chosen”.
At first glance, this saying seems like positive-thinking drivel that you read on a wall calendar that tells you to make this year the "best one yet". I am someone who likes things a bit more grounded and realistic.
I said it over and over in my mind, putting a different emphasis on each word to glean a new meaning. EMBRACE the life you’ve chosen. Embrace the LIFE you’ve chosen. Embrace the life you HAVE chosen. Embrace the life you’ve CHOSEN.
The more I sat with it, the more I realized how much I actually needed to deepen into its wisdom and let it shift how I was showing up in my life. I didn’t realize that my anxieties about my life were blocking me from really embracing the life I have created.

What does it mean to “Embrace the Life You’ve Chosen”
While I was on a walk through our local park, I was asking nature to reveal to me a message. It’s part of my current spiritual Celtric…

If you haven't experienced an insight circle with others who are also growing in self-awareness, or if you already know the power of it, you are welcome to join me tomorrow (Sat June 13th @ 11 .m. ET) for this month's Your Next Sweet Aha: an Insight Circle for Heart Leaders.
We meet for an hour to meditate and reflect on a different theme. This month's is based on a message I received while I was walking through the park this morning: "Embrace the Life You've Chosen".
As someone who leads your life, community or business from a heart-centred place, rather than checklists of social expectations, it is easy to fall into the trap of self-doubt and comparing yourself to others in life when things haven't turned out the way you hoped, planned or thought they would. It is especially hard when you're struggling with things like loneliness, financial challenges or a general ennui that something's missing.
These struggles are usually sign that you are needing some love and encouragement with others who get it. Which is what we do at my monthly insight circle where we gather with folks who get living the uncharted soul path.
Join us to feel nourished, validated and supported, and have a "sweet aha" or two about your life.
We will we explore and deepen into tomorrow's theme of: "Embrace the Life You've Chosen".
It's free though you do need to pre-register as space is limited to 8 people. Just click here to sign up: https://preview.mailerlite.io/forms/36941/187931093251393409/share
And if you can't make it this month, you can mark your calendar for the next ones that generally happen on the second Saturday or each month.
