WHAT: Join Maira Souza from the Brazilian Agriculture Research Organization (Embrapa), as she explores how integrative public leadership (IPL) benefits frontline leaders. Drawing on evidence from Brazilian public organizations and interviews with public leaders, Souza demonstrates how IPL helps solve complex problems, expand networks, and create public value.
