Precious Little Caterpillars

As we spend more time outdoors this summer, we are focusing on the importance of outdoor safety! 🌞🌿

Learning about outdoor safety helps children build awareness, confidence, and responsibility while exploring the world around them. Today, each child had the opportunity to use the pointer stick and select a picture to discuss with the group. Together, we talked about important safety concepts such as staying with the group, respecting nature, and being aware of our surroundings.

To help prepare for our upcoming nature walks, we also practised walking around the classroom using our safety walking rope. The children did a wonderful job staying together and following directions!

We are excited to continue exploring the outdoors while learning how to stay safe and have fun along the way. 🍃🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

We were so happy to have all of our wonderful dads join us for our Donuts with Dad event! 🍩💙

The children were beyond excited to spend time with their dads and proudly show off the special Father’s Day crafts they worked so hard to create. Seeing their smiles and excitement made the day even more memorable!

Thank you to all the dads and father figures who took the time to celebrate with us. Your presence means so much to your little ones, and we loved sharing this special morning together.

We have a new friend who has joined our PLC family! 🐛💚

Horus has been settling in wonderfully, making new friends, participating in fun activities, and engaging in circle time. He has quickly learned our daily routine and is building strong connections with his teachers and classmates.

We are so happy to see him participating, learning, and growing each day. 🐛🌱 We look forward to all the new memories, milestones, and experiences we will share together as part of the PLC family! 💙🌟🐛

🍉 Watermelon season is here! Our little learners had so much fun adding seeds to their watermelon crafts using black markers. A simple activity that helps build fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and creativity—all while having fun! ❤️☀️
