🎉 Huge shoutout to Rebecca Adam - Ward 6 Candidate for showing up in a big way!

Yesterday, Rebecca joined us at the studio to kick off our second community reel—this time celebrating something we’re incredibly passionate about: fitness, movement, and the amazing people who make it all happen.

The fitness community in Guelph is truly something special, and we’re grateful to play a small part in it. What makes this even more meaningful is that this is the first time someone from the City of Guelph has taken the time to recognize the gyms, studios, and wellness spaces that help our south-end communities thrive.

Our businesses matter. Our communities matter even more.

Thank you, Rebecca, for not only listening, but for taking action and making this happen so quickly. That kind of engagement, enthusiasm, and support doesn’t go unnoticed.

Hi, I’m Amanda!

I’m a wife, mom, personal trainer, PTA, breathwork facilitator, and wellness coach. I own RELOVE+ RISE, where I help people build strength, confidence, and resilience through movement, breath, and mindset.

Fitness has been a huge part of my life for many years, from competitive bodybuilding to recently completing my first HYROX race. What I love most, though, is helping people realize they’re capable of more than they think.

I’m excited to be part of the F45 team and look forward to training alongside you, supporting your goals, and helping make every workout a great experience.

Here’s some fun facts about Coach Amanda 👇

🔷 What do you love most about F45?
The atmosphere and community. The energy is contagious, and everyone genuinely supports each other.

🔷 What is your favourite outdoor activity?
Biking, water skiing, boating, and hiking. Anything that gets me outside and connected to nature.

🔷 What is your favourite exercise?
Functional strength movements like squats, deadlifts, and push and pull exercises. I love movements that help you feel strong in everyday life.

🔷 What is your favourite snack?
A good charcuterie board and Autumn Crisp grapes.

🔷 What do you enjoy doing outside of the studio?
Spending time with family and friends, saying yes to spontaneous adventures, and creating memories that last a lifetime.

🔷 What is your favourite F45 class?
Resistance days, especially Wednesdays with the upper and lower body split.

Registration for our next HYROX Training Block is officially open, and we’re building toward both HalfRox KW and HYROX Toronto.

Over the last 3 years, we’ve learned a lot. We’ve celebrated podium finishes, first-time racers, personal bests, tough lessons, and unforgettable race-day moments. Following Ottawa, our coaching team sat down to review everything—from what worked well to where we can improve—to ensure this is our strongest training block yet.

This isn’t just about surviving race day.

It’s about showing up confident, prepared, and knowing exactly what to expect.

Train with coaches who have raced HYROX themselves and understand what it takes to feel confident on race day. Understanding the race and the demands from experience is extremely important!

✅ 3 dedicated HYROX classes every week
✅ Class sizes capped at 20 athletes
✅ Structured running program built by our in-house Running Coach
✅ Nutritional guidance and race-day preparation
✅ Virtual race briefing before competition day to review the course, rules, strategy, and answer your questions
✅ NEW station-focused workshops (dates and details coming soon)

Yes, everyone may be racing in different divisions. Some of you will be tackling your first solo event. Others will be chasing new goals and personal bests. But we’re all working toward the same finish line together.

Whether this is your first HYROX or your tenth, our goal is simple: help you feel as prepared as possible—physically, mentally, and strategically.

Tonight Coach David coached his final class at F45 ❤️

For over 3 years, David has brought unmatched energy, motivation and positivity to our studio. Whether it was pushing members to hit that extra rep, encouraging someone through a tough workout, or perfectly timing the beat drop in a playlist 🔥… David always gave his all to this community.

He’s the kind of coach that made people WANT to show up. Not just because of the workouts, but because of the environment he created every single class.

David, thank you for your dedication, your consistency, your incredible playlists, your support and for being such an important part of our team and community over the years.

While we’re incredibly sad to see you go, we’re so excited for this next chapter and your new job opportunity 👏

You will be deeply missed by so many members and coaches alike. We wish you nothing but success, happiness and all the best for what’s ahead.
