We had a fantastic time at Aikido tonight. Sensei Hal MacDonald, Brazilian Jui Jitsu Black Belt, was visiting from Edmonton. Hal Sensei led a great class, teaching some nice Brazilian Jui Jitsu standing and ground techniques in a very professional and supportive style. We look forward to more classes in future visits. Thank you for being our guest, Hal Sensei.
