Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in support of federal, provincial, and municipal advisories to help mitigate the spread of the virus, our campus events will be restricted to our internal staff, faculty and student groups until Dec 31, 2021. The Conference Services office will be working on a phased approach to reopening for our off-campus clients for the new year. Please contact our team to discuss your event. Out of a continued abundance of precaution, and in an effort to avoid the inadvertent transmission of the COVID-19, Laurentian University has initiated a number of proactive measures to help minimize the spread of the virus. As a result of these measures, we are cancelling all room bookings on campus until August 31st. As the situation unfolds, we will work together to reschedule your booking.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, and appreciate your support as we work together as a community to contain the impact of COVID-19.
