The most common question we get about acro is whether it's safe. The honest answer is that it's safe because we make sure of it!

We teach skills in a fixed order, spotting until it isn't needed. Our dancers sometimes get frustrated with the slower pace, excited to learn new tricks, but their safety is always our priority!

The style has a reputation for being the serious one. Here, it's where dancers learn the foundation under every other style of dance and where progress is measured against who your child was last month, not against the kid next to them in class.

It's perfect for beginners, including the kid you've assumed isn't "the ballet type."
