Today we wrap up the week of Cambrian Open Source Highlights with the Liberated Learners Pressbook developed in collaboration with students, faculty, and staff from Cambrian Hub, Nippissing University, University of Windsor, Trent University, McMaster University, Brock University, and Seneca College. 📚💻
Following in the footsteps of the Ontario Extend: Empowered Educator program is its predecessor, Ontario Extend: Liberated Learners. The original program worked to prepare educators to be better able to teach in a digital realm. The Liberated Learner seeks to do the same for the learners themselves.

Day 4 of our Cambrian Open Source Highlights, we look at the Nursing Simulation: Expanding Simulation Training in Health Care Using the Learning From Success (LFS) Model, developed in collaboration with staff and students from Cambrian College and supported by the Cambrian Hub. 📚💻
Simulation-based education (SBE) is a cornerstone of health education.
This project includes two virtual nursing-related simulation scenarios and a guide with debriefing reflection questions customized for baccalaureate and practical nursing students and PSW students.
