Here’s what I got to make on my vacation at camp.

Easter provocation.

On quiet Wednesday mornings we make homemade oatmeal togrther and camomile tea.

Oatmeal Recipe:

Chia seed
H**p seed
Flax seed
Ground flax
Cocoa powder
Maple syrup
Cacao nibs
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Boiling water

Cauliflower pizza - sliced cauliflower, coated in olive oil with hymilian pink salt and oregano.

There are so many other things that we can tell children instead of “good job.” This list has some great ones.

When we tell children “good job” we are leading them to look outward for validation instead of inward. We are telling them that their worth is dependent on what someone else thinks of them.

Children who are taught to look inward first become adults who walk this world confidently knowing they are enough just as they are. And become adults who do not need permission from anybody to be who they are.

The children have shown interest in developing their fine motor skills lately. This provocation of turning and stringing will help to explore this skill further.
