June 21, 2026, is National Indigenous Peoples Day.

We honour and celebrate the history, heritage, resilience, and diversity of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples.

We’ve put together a collection of resources to support learning and reflection. We’re also highlighting a powerful Cree language learning app from the Kee Tas Kee Now Tribal Council Education Authority, featuring over 900 words and phrases spoken by Cree Elders and rooted in land-based learning.

Our students had an amazing week filled with adventures, learning and celebration! 🎉
Everything from preschool fun, police visit with special guest police dog, a trip to Historic Dunvegan, a trip to Safety City, Lions Park spray park and our year end assembly to celebrate student achievements with a variety of awards!
A very special moment was saying farewell to our grade 6 class as they move on to new adventures in grade 7.
