SIGNS, SIGNALS & DECISIONS

Most often, we already have the key clues we need to make the right decisions—but we simply ignore them.

Here are three ways to avoid making a bad decision:

1️⃣ Don’t get involved where you don’t belong.
No matter how qualified you may be to solve a problem, don’t step into something God hasn’t called you to.

2️⃣ Stop, Think, Pray & Then decide.

“He who answers a matter before he hears it, it is folly and shame to him.” — Proverbs 18:13

Listen to the Holy Spirit. Talk to experienced people. Seek wise counsel. Give yourself time to think, reflect, and weigh your options.

3️⃣ Don’t wait too long to decide.
You can become so concerned about making the wrong decision that you end up making no decision at all.

Indecision is a decision.

Don’t seek to make the perfect decision. Seek to learn, grow, and move forward.

Sometimes, the signs are there.
The signals are clear.
The question is: Will you pay attention and decide?

THE POWER OF DIVISION

Last Sunday, I shared a message on “The Power of Division.”

Drawing from the creation account in Genesis 1, I explored how God brought order to a chaotic and formless world by dividing and separating different elements of creation.

Before God filled the earth with beauty and purpose, He first separated: light from darkness, waters from waters, land from sea.

This challenged me, and I challenged the audience — to consider the importance of dividing and distinguishing the different areas of our lives, just as God divided the different parts of the formless world. 🌎

I shared three things that division can bring:

1. Division brings PURPOSE
When things are properly separated, their distinct purpose becomes clearer.

2. Division brings ORDER
What is properly distinguished can be properly arranged and managed.

3. Division brings BEAUTY
When everything is in its proper place, what was once chaotic can become beautiful.

SELF-ASSESSMENT

What area(s) of your life currently lack purpose, order, or beauty?

Perhaps the answer is not always to add something new, but to separate, distinguish, and put things in their proper place.

Are you in need of a miracle? 🙌🏼

Then ask yourself two questions:

1. Where is your faith?
2. What is the level of your expectation?

Faith believes that God can.
Expectation looks forward to what God will do.

These are two powerful keys in positioning ourselves for the birth of miracles. 🙏🏽

Don’t just pray for a miracle.
Believe. Expect. And make room for God to move.
