Our mission is to care for and nurture young children while reducing the stress parents may feel daily. Our goal is to provide a quality play-based program for our community’s children. Wee Care Daycare has pulled in various aspects from multiple childcare theories and curriculums when forming our philosophy. These theories include Montessori, Emilia Reggio, Flight, and Waldorf. We believe that children are, by nature, curious and eager learners. Our program and services offer a developmentally appropriate play-based child lead curriculum. Where we strive to enhance social, emotional, physical, spiritual, and intellectual growth in young children. Our program fosters curiosity, creativity, and self-esteem by considering children’s abilities and interests. Our caregivers encourage children to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills in their daily experiences. The environment is carefully designed to reflect the children’s interests and cultures, cultivating a positive self-image and Independence. In that aspect, they must be treated with kindness, respect, and consideration in all situations. Goal
