TEFA isn’t just another fitness class, it’s a results-driven training environment designed to help you push further and make your hard work count. Whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, improving fitness, or maintaining the progress you’ve already made, TEFA is built to help you get there.
New to the gym? No problem. Our coaches meet you where you’re at and modify workouts for all fitness levels. That can look like:
• Focusing on technique and movement quality
• Starting with bodyweight or lighter weights
• Swapping exercises when needed
• Using machines or alternative movements
More advanced? We’ll continue challenging you with progressive overload, increased intensity, and programming designed to keep you improving.
Anyone can drop in and try a class, and if it’s your first time at VO2 Max, your first drop-in is FREE!

Saturday: 10:00am
Parents, we’ve got you covered! Childcare is available from 9:00am–10:00am so you can focus on your workout while your little ones are in great hands.
