Come face-to-face with whales, puffins, dolphins, porpoises and seals in their natural habitat. Watch them feed and observe their playful behaviors. Kayak along the shoreline to examine our beautiful island coast. Hike the hidden trails to pristine waterfalls. Explore life on a beautiful remote Canadian fisherman's island. Make life-long friendships and memories with others who love the sea and value our planet.

Campus is officially ready for winter and our staff have all traveled back home! 🌅🌲

We’ll be taking September off and coming back towards the end of October with 2027 Youth & Teen and Adult Camp dates and programs! 🐋

A HUGE thank you post is in order for our amazing 2026 team!! ❤️

Thank you for spending your summer with us here on Grand Manan! Your efforts, patience, creativity, care, and enthusiasm for our camp community shaped our season and drove connection. Camp magic lives on because of trumpet wake-up’s, leopard hair, impromptu pool noodle fights, creatures that live in bogs, campfire skits, van sing-alongs, tiny mice, soup cats, ginger cookies and more. ✨🌅🐋

We couldn’t have asked for a better group this year! Wishing everyone safe travels back home and onto your next endeavors. Follow your bliss 💕

Our last week of Adult Camp, and our 2026 season, has officially come to an end. 🥺

Our last week here on Grand Manan was spent making memories, exploring the island, and connecting with our inner child. The Bay of Fundy continues to be one of the most magical places in the world, and having the opportunity to share this unique place with others has been so incredibly rewarding. 🐋💕Sending off this group is bittersweet, and they’ve made the end to our summer such a beautiful one. ❤️

An absolute incredible show from some humpbacks this afternoon! A group of 3 were breaching, pec slapping, and tail lobbing. One of them has been identified as Sockeye! 🌊🤯🐋✨

Our first week of Adult Camp this year is complete! 🌊

And just like that, our 2026 Youth and Teen Camp has come to an end. 🥺

As we pack the vans to leave the island and say goodbye to our final week of campers, we are so grateful for another amazing summer here on Grand Manan. ❤️

This week especially was a fantastic week for excitement on the water! We saw breaches, tail lobbing, and more, as well as a mola mola fish! 🐋🌊

Closing activities took place this morning on the boat, and this evening we performed skits, songs, and made the best memories at campfire. 🔥 ✨🌲

We can’t believe how fast the summer flew by, and want to say a big thank you to campers, friends, families, and alumni for your continued support and love for Whale Camp! 🐋

Whale watch Wednesday!! 🐋✨

Such an amazing time on the water with this group. We’ve been seeing humpback whales galore, as well as a mola mola fish!!

We’ve also been busy at the beach with sand castle building, obstacle courses, and tide pooling along the coast when the tide’s right. ☀️🐚

We can’t wait for what the rest of the week has in store! 🌊🦭🌲🔎

We had a blast over the weekend checking out the Farmers Market, going to mini golf, playing games, and then welcoming our new friends into our final week of camp! 🌅🌅

On Monday we learned more about the tides in the Bay of Fundy, dove into some more lessons about Grand Manan, and visited the museum! 🌲

Our week 8 campers are fantastic and staff are super excited to make our finale week of camp the best it can be! 🐋✨🎉 stay tuned for more!!

The best memories and times had this week!! ❤️🌊🐋

This morning we said goodbye to our week 7 group, and it was hard watching them leave! We had amazing whale watches and puffin trips this week, along with so many pool noodle fights and jokes shared. 🌅

As we head into our last week of Youth and Teen camp, we are thankful for our camp family!! Safe travels home, and we will miss you! 💕🦭

We’ve had an amazing past two days here on Grand Manan! 🌅

Whale watches on Wednesday 🐋 followed by trips to the bog where we saw our dear friend, the Boggy Man! 🌲🕸️ it’s always so nice when he pops out to say hello.

This group has also been great at finding little critters! Swipe through to take a look at our tidepool and stream finds! 🔎

Tomorrow being Friday is unreal, this week flew by!! We’re so excited for our Friday night campfire, and can’t wait to see what skits everyone comes up with!! ❤️😎
