How does this benefit my patients though??
The status of the nervous system determines everything about our experience of the world. This is just one tool to demonstrate that.
I do recommend this for homecare often, but I use hands on nervous system input techniques in my practice everyday.
I incorporate them on the table and it makes my job easier, way less load on my hands, my patients get better results, and hopefully they learn a powerful tool they can use to maintain their nervous system and muscle tension at a more relaxed state.

Stress relief for stressed people. It just has to be possible. It’s ok if you take a stress break and then go back to being stressed. Your nervous system is wired to move in and out of stress. Taking a break and having a few minutes in your relaxed state still matters! And a few minutes relaxed is better than no minutes relaxed. Try a one minute break and then do it again in an hour. I promise it makes a difference. Science says so.
