BREAKING: Bank of Canada cuts key interest rate to 4.25 per cent

Commission rule changes in the U.S.
Starting August 17, buyers in the US will need to sign an agreement that discloses their broker's commission. The agreement discloses how much the agent will be compensated and by whom. For sellers, the impact is a bit trickier. Broker commissions are typically paid by sellers, and the seller's agent usually agrees to split the commission with the buyer's agent. If sellers choose not to offer commission, buyers will be on the hook. More importantly, compensation will no longer be listed on the MLS.
