St. Mary's School, Goderich

We were honoured to welcome Director Tigani to St. Mary’s yesterday! It was a wonderful opportunity to have her join our OCGE Lifelong Learner assembly, where we celebrated the growth and dedication of our students.

Beyond the assembly, Director Tigani spent time visiting our classrooms to see learning in action. We were so proud to share our school’s recent achievements and show her firsthand the incredible work our students and staff are doing every day! 🌟

All schools in Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board, including St. Mary’s, are closed to staff and students today. Students are encouraged to log into their Google Classroom for remote learning opportunities. Information and Google Meet links will be posted and shared with students/families by 9:00 am. Families are encouraged to reach out to classroom teachers or Admin with any questions.

We are beyond proud of Maggie Grace for this accomplishment. Huge congratulations to St. Mary's very own Maggie Grace on the release of her debut single, "I Don't Know"! 🎶✨

We love seeing our students pursue their passions outside the classroom. Balancing schoolwork and a music career is no small feat, and we are so proud of the hard work and creativity Maggie has poured into this project.

Thank you to Mme Lagacé's Gr 3/4 class for leading us in a moving ceremony this morning, where our students and staff reflected on the profound sacrifices made for our freedom. Older students attended the community Remembrance Day Ceremony at the Cenotaph. May we never forget the courage of our veterans.
