🚨 What is Mental Health? 🚨

Mental health is something every single one of us has — and just like physical health, it deserves attention, care, and support.

It affects how we think, feel, act, handle stress, build relationships, and navigate everyday life. Yet too often, mental health struggles go unnoticed or conversations are avoided because of stigma.

That’s why Mental Health First Aid training matters. 💙

Just like traditional first aid teaches us how to respond in a physical emergency, Mental Health First Aid equips people with the knowledge and confidence to recognize when someone may be struggling, provide initial support, and help connect them to the resources they need — these conversations are more important than ever.

🛡️ Training. Awareness. Support.
đź’™ Stronger Together.

Because taking care of your mental health isn’t weakness… it’s part of staying strong.

Most of us know the importance of taking a First Aid course — learning CPR, how to stop bleeding, or what to do when someone is physically injured until help arrives. But what happens when someone is struggling with their mental health?
That’s where Mental Health First Aid comes in.

🧠 Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to recognize the signs that someone may be experiencing a mental health challenge, how to respond effectively, and how to support them until appropriate professional help can be accessed.

Just like regular First Aid helps save lives in a physical emergency… MHFA helps us support people through mental health crises and can truly make a life-changing difference.

I will be offering TWO training options both of which are available in person or virtually:

✅ MHFA Essentials – Focused on core knowledge and practical skills to help you better support those around you. Cost $150.00 per person.

✅ MHFA Certification Course – A more in-depth training that leads to a nationally recognized certification valid for 3 years. $250.00 per person.

(Please note if you are a first responder or front line worker, discounted and group rates are available through Project Resilience 911. Please let me know when inquiring if this is applicable to you.)

Whether you’re a first responder, employer, teacher, parent, community leader, or simply someone who wants to better support others — this training is for YOU.

Because knowing what to say and what to do when someone is struggling matters just as much as knowing CPR. ❤️

📩 Interested in bringing a course to your workplace, organization, or community? Reach out to me — I’d love to connect.

Together, let’s break the stigma and create communities where no one has to struggle alone.
