The Varsity girls and boys teams took in the Angels/Raiders Invitational this weekend. The boys played hard and had a lot of growth through the tournament. The girls finished 2nd after round robin, to then play Grandview in the quarter finals. The girls won that game in two sets and came up against a strong Major Pratt team in the semis. The girls took the huge win in a third set to place them in the finals against Warren. Unfortunately, the final didn’t go our way so we came home with a runner up placing. Congratulations on your second place finish, girls. 🥈🏐

Last spring, Mrs. Jubenvill's Life/Work Transitioning class organized a successful community-wide garage sale. Thanks to the incredible support of our community, the students raised funds and chose to donate $500 to support the flood recovery efforts at the Gilbert Plains Country Club.

The golf course holds a special place at our school, as many of our students spend their summers working or playing there, and we have built a wonderful partnership with them over the years. We are grateful for the opportunity to give back and support a part of our community that means so much to our students.

A big congratulations to the students for their generosity and commitment to helping our community golf course recover. 💛🖤💛🖤
