Happy Sunday!!!! I have something exciting to share that you won't want to miss...
I’m having my friend, Marissa Sylvester, Board Certified Nutritionist join me live on Facebook on this Tuesday Nov 30th at 7pm to talk to us about Women’s Health. Her Masterclass is called: Women’s Hormones Explained. The 6 Step process to managing the monthly rollercoaster of confusing moods, low energy, bloating, weight gain and brain fog so you can feel vibrant and energized.
It’s going to be a great time.
Let me know if you’d like to join us.
Add it to your calendar and join us on my page Mrs Talbot's Kitchen https://www.facebook.com/groups/272737270676998
See you there!
P.S. Learn more about Marissa here: www.joinwws.com
