Dynamic Career Pathways Beyond the Horizon is a program aimed at high school or post-secondary students seeking direction in

Selecting a career is both an expensive and life-altering event. Yet, the large majority of students make the decision by following the path of least resistance or taking advice from someone with little at stake. Our goal at Dynamic Career Pathways is to help students invest in their own future by selecting a career that matches their own personal profile, greatly enhancing their chances of achieving long-term success and fulfillment. Our Beyond the Horizon program is a unique, affordable means of building a road-map for success and is offered in a group or individual format. As part of the program we will help students:
1) Build a personal profile - skills, interests, behaviour style, motivators, values and financial objectives.
2) Identify careers that align with the personal profile
3) Research career pathways, prospects and prerequisites
4) Find an appropriate education program
5) Develop skills and tools that will better prepare them for future employment.
