Have you ever wondered what goes on in our studio in between our annual sales? Well, tomorrow from 12pm - 3pm, the studio will be open for the community to come and sneak-a-peek at our guilds in action & learn more about the studio, our artists, the processes involved in creating a finished piece, classes & more!☺️

Our artists have also taken part in the “Elements” challenge this year, creating a display of the four classical elements- Earth, Water, Air & Fire! From richly textured fibre art and expressive paintings to handcrafted pottery, sculpture, and luminous stained glass, each piece explores the natural forces shaping our world 🌎

Here’s what you can expect tomorrow:

Pottery & Sculpture Guild
• Watch potters throw clay on the wheel.
• Tour the kiln room.

Stained Glass Artisans

• Purchase original handmade artwork directly from the artists.

Thank you again to for such an amazing day day! Tony stopped by our studio this Saturday to share his knowledge, demonstrate his skills and share some stories & laughs with our members☺️

Tony’s work is known for its bold surfaces, wood-fired energy, the unmistakable marks of the maker - and his teaching is just as powerful. With workshops taught across Canada, the US, Japan, China, Korea and Italy, plus years as an Adjunct professor of ceramics at Sheridan College, Tony brings a Global Perspective and real world wisdom you won’t find in a textbook.

Many of our potters left the studio with a new outlook, reflecting on their own creative process and feeling inspired to experiment with some new techniques themselves!
