Sometimes I notice how easily I try to understand God with my mind. I look for Him in concepts, ideas, definitions, in trying to explain who He is and who I am in relation to Him. I don’t feel that this path is wrong, but I see how easy it is for me to get absorbed in it. The more I go there, the more I realize how infinite it is. That rabbit hole has no end.
At some point, something softens. I arrive naturally at easiness. I come back to the here and now. To peace. To sensing God beyond whatever I think He is, and beyond whatever I think I am. Beyond words, beyond effort, beyond understanding.
This is where surrender happens for me.
This is what this song is about.
Surrendering.
Acknowledging.
Gratitude.
Love.
It makes me feel how small I am, and at the same time how vast everything is. The universe inside and the universe outside—both immense. We are immense. And in all of this vastness, God is everywhere. Not as an idea, but as the very presence that allows this experience to happen at all.
This song came from that place.
From resting instead of searching.
From being instead of trying to know

This content is presented as a series of questions and answers.
It’s not meant to define who you are or teach a fixed idea about identity,
but to invite you to gently question who you think you are
and to look at that assumption with honesty and simplicity.
The questions explore identity, the sense of “me,”
the personal story, thoughts, and emotions,
and how we often mistake all of that for who we truly are.
As this exploration unfolds, something begins to shift:
things feel less personal,
emotional reactions soften,
and there is more space, clarity, and ease.
This is not about becoming someone new,
but about slowly recognizing
that you are more than the image you have of yourself.
Our personal story is everything we know about ourselves: our memories, roles, wounds, successes, beliefs, and identity. It is the narrative the mind uses to organize experience. It is useful, but it is not the whole of reality.
When we live only from that story, everything is filtered through it. We react from the past. We protect an image of who we are. We relate to life based on what has already happened.
Openness begins when this identification softens.
Openness is not something we force, and it is not about deciding what we should be open to. It is not a goal, a posture, or a moral attitude. It is an allowing. A relaxation of control. A willingness to not already know.
When we are open, we are not choosing content. We are not directing awareness toward something specific. We are simply not closing ourselves around our interpretations.
This openness keeps us connected to a wisdom larger than our personal story — not as an idea, but as a living intelligence that can move through intuition, insight, timing, and clarity that the mind alone cannot produce.
We don’t access this wisdom by searching for it. We remain connected to it by not interfering with it.
Openness means letting life inform us, instead of only listening to what our past has taught us to expect.
It is the difference between reacting from who we think we are, and responding from something deeper that is already here, already moving, already knowing.
Many people speak of love as something God feels—as if love were an emotion, a reaction, or a movement toward something. But this way of understanding already places God inside a human framework, one that depends on lack, change, and time.
Feelings arise when something is missing. They move from absence to fulfillment. They belong to beings who need, desire, or seek. God, by definition, lacks nothing. There is no gap in God that needs to be filled, no before and after, no hunger that turns into satisfaction.
So love, at this level, cannot be an emotion.
Love is not something God does.
Love is what remains when nothing is missing.
This is a very precise idea. It does not mean that everything is present or accumulated. It means that absence itself has disappeared. There is no hole, no need, no tension pulling reality toward something else. What remains in that complete fullness is love—not as warmth or sentiment, but as wholeness itself.
In this sense, love is not an act directed toward creation. It is the ground from which creation can arise without fragmentation. Love is the natural state of being when reality is whole.
We can recognize this not only philosophically, but experientially. In moments where we stop trying to fix, improve, reach, or become—when there is no inner push and no sense of lack—what remains is not excitement or emotion. What remains is a quiet, stable presence. That presence is love.
Love, then, is not something to chase or produce.
It is not earned.
It is not triggered.
Love is what is left when the illusion of lack dissolves.
And the deeper implication is this: the closer we come to wholeness within ourselves, the less love feels like a feeling—and the more it feels like a place. A place of rest. A place of alignment. A place where nothing is missing, and therefore, nothing needs to happen.
That place is love.💗

I’m not a singer or someone who performs. I’m a sound healer, and this is me sharing a very vulnerable part of my practice. This is a glimpse into my meditation flow and the sounds that come through.
It’s the first time I’m sharing something like this because, honestly, there’s an insecurity around it. But I’m opening up, being vulnerable, and allowing myself to be seen in this way. This is part of my work, my profession.
I sing with my clients all the time, and for some reason, that feels natural. But sharing it here on social media feels different—more exposed. Still, here it is.
Much love to you all.

One of the biggest mistakes we make in relationships is mistaking our partner for someone from our past—often our father or mother. Without realizing it, we project onto them our unresolved fears, anger, sadness, or unmet expectations.
This can create a relationship where we no longer see our partner for who they truly are. Instead, we see them through the lens of our own wounds, expecting them to fulfill roles or heal hurts they were never meant to carry.
But when we start to heal those past wounds, especially the wounds of our inner child, something beautiful happens. We learn to see our partner clearly, without the filters of “who they should be.” We connect with the real person behind the relationship, not the projections.
This clarity and connection can transform a relationship into something deeply authentic and meaningful. Healing ourselves allows us to build relationships where we truly see and love each other for who we are.
Healing is the gateway to deeper love.

The healing you are searching for is found in the pain you are avoiding.
We often try to run from the very things that hold the key to our growth and freedom. True healing begins when we dare to face what we fear, sit with our discomfort, and allow it to teach us.
Remember, the light you’re seeking isn’t separate from the shadow—it’s born from embracing it.”
✨ Are you ready to step into your healing journey? Let’s explore this together.

🌿 Liberate Your Energy Through Movement 🌿
This is part of my somatic therapy practice: a space where I move freely, guided by my inner sensations, emotions, and the energy of the moment.
In this practice, I flow with the sounds and allow my body to express without restriction. There are no rules—just a connection to feelings, sensations, and the natural rhythm of the present moment.
It’s more than movement; it’s a meditative journey that unifies body, mind, and energy. This liberating practice helps you:
✨ Release tension
✨ Reconnect with your inner self
✨ Cultivate confidence
✨ Feel deeply relaxed and at peace
Let go. Feel the music. Move your energy. Find YOU. 🌟
