I’m Karen Hunt and throughout my years of teaching and parenting I have become aware of the struggles that students and parents experience with math and the negative effects a lack of confidence in math can have on student learning. As I work with students to "figure math out" they gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed in math. I offer individual or small group sessions at my home in Gananoque. I also provide a free "Homework Hotline" to help with those stressful homework questions. There are a few spots available for elementary or secondary school students starting in February. This is designed to not only help students develop a strong foundation in math but also develop the confidence they need to succeed in math.
