This week we hope to focus on two of the great challenges of higher education: first, academic pressure/workload; and second, financial stress. Join us as we examine practical ways to manage and overcome these difficulties. Live wisely!

Life can be challenging, and when we go to college or university it can be especially difficult. Join us in discussing various concerns and solutions to these challenges this Thursday, January 25th at 7pm in the UNB Student Union. We want to equip you and create a supportive community for you to learn and grow.

How do you handle "conflict" when communicating with others? How can "conflict" lead to a positive outcome?

Join us tomorrow night for "Critical Concepts for Communication" where we will share tools that can help you turn conflict into growth and clarity. Avoiding conflict often makes things worse. Learn the tools (like S.T.A.T.E.) to be more confident when dealing with difficult topics... and people.
