Hey all!

I hope you all are enjoying the summer! AEES has a few events planned for the summer, and we want to kick things off by going to our favourite spot: Carman Creek! Unfortunately this year, due to flooding the mini-golf court is unavailable. However, the driving range and the beach volleyball are still available and are quite fun! So we plan to make the appropriate reservations, but we need to know how many people are interested and available in order to determine the prices, availability and other stuff.

Assessment AEEGS is planning to organise a beach volleyball and BBQ at Carman Creek. We are yet to work out the details of the event, but we need an estimate of the number of people attending the event. Just a reminder to everyone that we will be holding elections tomorrow for all five executive positions. In place of the usual coffee and donuts, we have PIZZA AND POP! The order is in, there will be loads of options for vegetarians, halal eaters, and unfettered carnivores alike. Come to New Head Hall room D33, just down the hall from Shelley's office, at 12:30 PM tomorrow, get some pizza, and formally select your 2018 executive!
