Eating better gets a lot harder when every meal needs to be something new.
New recipe Monday.
Something different Tuesday.
By Wednesday, you're tired, hungry, and staring into the fridge with no idea what to make.
You don't need more recipes.
You need a handful of go-to meals.
A couple breakfasts you enjoy.
A couple lunches you can make without thinking.
A few quick dinners that work on busy nights.
Some easy protein snacks.
Meals you know.
Meals you like.
Meals that fit your goals.
You can still eat out, try new foods and mix things up.
But most days?
Simple wins.
Because the easier your nutrition is to repeat, the easier it is to stay consistent.

Is the Mediterranean Diet Really That Good?
The Mediterranean diet is built around vegetables, fruit, whole grains, beans, nuts and olive oil. Fish is common, while meat, dairy and treats can still be included.
DOES IT WORK FOR WEIGHT LOSS?
Yes, it can. High-fibre whole foods can help control hunger and make eating fewer calories easier.
Like any way of eating, it works best when tailored to your nutrition goals and needs. The Mediterranean diet doesn't automatically cause weight loss. How much you eat still matters.
NUTRITIONAL BALANCE
— ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is where Mediterranean eating is strongest. You get a wide mix of fibre, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and plant foods without cutting out whole food groups.
PROTEIN AVAILABILITY
— ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
Getting enough protein is very doable with fish, poultry, eggs, dairy, beans and lentils. But you may need to plan for it if building or maintaining muscle is a priority.
LONG-TERM HEALTH
— ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is one of its biggest strengths. Research links Mediterranean eating with better heart health and a lower risk of cardiovascular disease.
SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE
— ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Few eating patterns have been studied this much. Strong research supports many of its health benefits, although not every study is equally strong..
FLEXIBLE FOR LIFE
— ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
No major food group has to disappear. You can eat at restaurants, enjoy family meals and still have foods you love.
