October is Dyslexia Awareness Month.
Dyslexia is a brain-based learning difference that makes learning to read, write and spell more difficult. Dyslexia is estimated to impact 2-4 students in every classroom across Canada. With early identification and the right support, children with dyslexia can develop the literacy skills needed to reach their full potential.

On October 8th, we invite staff and students to "Mark it Read" and wear red clothing to bring awareness to Dyslexia.

We have a goal of $1.00 per student for a total of $400. We are almost there!

Terry Fox started a marathon against cancer. Together we can end it.

A huge THANK YOU to Dancing with Michelle Burke and all of the participants who took part in last Monday's event! 💃🕺 It was a packed house.

What an amazing example of community spirit in action. We are so grateful for the generous donation made to Cuffman School. Your support will help us continue to provide opportunities that make a positive difference for our students and families.

Open to all CSE students and their families, Bee Me Kidz is a great opportunity to learn, play, and connect with our school community.

Tomorrow is Orange Shirt Day at Cuffman.
This day reminds us that Every Child Matters.
We wear orange to honour the children who attended residential schools and to celebrate the strength, voices, and cultures of Indigenous peoples. Together, we can learn about the past, and help build a future where every child feels safe.
