Gerald Poirier is back in Nova Scotia for another weekend of Kata. The focus will be on Ju No Kata and Kime No Kata on Friday and Saturday, with Kata review and a Dan grading Saturday.

Schedule:
Ju No Kata - Friday 7PM to 9PM and Saturday 9AM to 11AM
Kime No Kata - Saturday 1PM to 4PM
Sunday AM - Open to all Katas

Gerald Poirier est de retour en Nouvelle-Écosse pour un nouveau week-end consacré aux katas. Les séances de vendredi et de samedi porteront principalement sur le Ju-no-kata et le Kime-no-kata ; une révision des katas ainsi qu'un examen de grade (dan) sont également prévus pour le samedi.

Programme :
Ju-no-kata : vendredi de 19 h à 21 h et samedi de 9 h à 11 h
Kime-no-kata : samedi de 13 h à 16 h
Dimanche matin : séance ouverte à tous les katas
