🔥 Monday Night at Journey Fitness! 🔥

Monday’s Step class was a FULL HOUSE! 🙌 Anne had everyone working that stepper, turning up the energy and getting a good sweat on! After a long workday, it was exactly what the body needed. 💪❤️ Our members walked out feeling sweaty, strong and accomplished!

And we welcomed back a familiar face! 🥰 We were SO excited to see Lisa back that we completely forgot to take a picture! 😂 Welcome back, Lisa!! We missed you! ❤️

Dance Fitness and Cross Training may have been smaller classes tonight, but small definitely does NOT mean easy! 🔥 These classes were small but mighty!

With a smaller group, our Dance instructor can slow things down, break down the moves and even teach a brand-new song. 💃🎶 In Cross Training, our members get a little more one-on-one attention, with extra focus on form, technique and pushing themselves through the workout. 💪

We LOVE our packed classes and all the energy they bring, but there’s something pretty awesome about those smaller, more personal classes too. ❤️

Things looked a little different at Journey this morning… and we LOVED it. 🌿☀️

Instead of being in the studio, we stepped outside and connected with nature, movement, and each other on our 9 a.m. walk around Killarney. 💚

The views were beautiful, the conversations were even better, and there’s just something so special about starting a Saturday surrounded by amazing women, fresh air, and good energy.

A little movement. A little connection. A whole lot of bliss. ✨

This is Journey. More than a workout ✨️ it’s about the journey we take together. 💚

What a beautiful way to kickstart the weekend! 🌿✨

👑✨ QUEEN ENERGY was HIGH tonight at Journey Fitness Studio! ✨👑

Our members absolutely BROUGHT IT for tonight’s Queen Energy Theme, and let’s just say… the studio was 🔥🔥🔥!

Anne said it best: “Classes were soo good!” Step and Cross Training were straight fire! 🔥 In Step, we broke down the choreography into three blocks, slowly adding those new moves until we had the whole routine flowing. Then Cross Training turned up the heat with time under tension, pushing ourselves to the max while keeping our focus on form, power and strength. 💪

Meanwhile, Tracee was FINALLY back tonight after a two-week vacation from teaching! 💗 Barre had some new faces joining us, and everyone got to try some new moves using the Pilates ball, resistance bands and 2lb weights. Let’s just say those muscles definitely knew they worked! 😅🔥

And then Studio 2 brought ALL the Queen Energy with Dance Fitness! 👑💃 The music was pumping, the energy was contagious, and everyone was having a blast!

We may have walked in ready to work, but we ALL left the studio glowing like the queens we are! 👑✨
